Insurance & Cost
Holly T Mitchell LPC is able to accept insurance or private pay. If you are using insurance to cover the cost of counseling, you may incur a copayment or have a deductible cost that is due at the time of your appointment. Payments can be made by cash, card, check, health savings account, and flexible spending account.
Holly T Mitchell, LPC is currently accepting the following insurance plans:

- Blue Cross & Blue Shield
- Cigna
- Compsych
- Superior
- Private Pay
Private Pay Costs:
- 45 Minute Sessions: $150
You may also encounter additional costs in counseling such as Missed Appointment Fees and Court Costs. The fee for a missed appointment that has not been cancelled within 24 hours is $75. Court fees are a minimum of $1200 and increase based on individual needs. Please refer to the Informed Consent for further details about payments and fees.
